Returns/Exchanges

Returning Merchandise Purchased Online:

- You have 30 business days from the order date to return ALL regularly priced merchandise.

- All items must be unworn and include the packing slip; there should be no visible signs of wear.

- Gift cards are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

- Sale or promo code items (excluding free shipping) can be returned in exchange for a web-only gift card for the purchase amount.

- In-store purchases may NOT be returned online

Returning Merchandise Purchased In-Store: 

Our in-store return policy is to accept full priced merchandise purchased in-store within 30 days of purchase, for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY:

- We will accept merchandise that is unworn with original receipt and tags attached. 

- All sales on discounted items are final.

- Orders made in-store may not be returned or exchanged online.
